3D Modeling
Model building in 3D using Revit.
Primarily: Concrete, Reinforcing, Lifting Devices, & Connections to Structure. Great for accurate material orders, & conflict detection. Navisworks or AutoCAD copy may also be ordered. Services not currently available include: Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or interior wood/drywall modeling.

2D Blueprints
Checking or drawing of:
Interior & Exterior Elevations, & Floor Plans.
Shape, Connection, & Plate Details.
Piece Drawings with Bill Of Material, dimensioning, & annotation based on your provided examples or our templates.
Primarily using Revit. AutoCAD is acceptable if project has already made too much progress.

Personal Inspection
Upgrade for added Quality Control: For additional cost & covered travel expenses --
I will personally come & do the Pre-Pour Inspection, Concrete Testing, Post-Pour Inspection, or Installation Inspection.

Project information such as deadlines, type & estimated number of pieces (Window-Boxes, Insulated Wall Panels, Stairs, Double-Tees, etc...); & verify that engineering, shipping, & handling information will be provided to us. Type of service (Modeling, Checking, Drafting, Inspection, Testing).
FAQ:
Yes, work outside of Colorado is accepted.
Yes, work outside of USA is accepted if communication is in English, & units of measurement & payment are specified.
